ARCHER, VICKI J, 68 of Sebring died July 12, 2016. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota moving to Sebring 20 years ago from Pennsylvania. She had worked for the Highlands County Economic Development Commission. She is survived by her significant other, Dennis Myers, a son, Dean Phillips, daughters, Joy Ongley and Christine Semaan all of Sebring, her brother, Dexter Langford of Cave Junction, OR; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The family request memorial contributions to Heartland Horses for the Handicapped, P.O. Box 3787, Sebring, FL 33871. Private family services will be held.
