Carlton F. Arthur, of Sebring, FL passed away peacefully on October
19, 2017 at Florida Hospital Orlando. He was born November 25, 1941 in
Indianapolis, Indiana. He proudly served in the United States Marine
Corps for 20 years, He was a past Commander of VFW post 4300 in
Sebring; past District Commander of the VFW, and was very active in Veterans
Affairs. Carlton loved to golf and spend time with his family.
Carlton is survived by his wife, Beth Ann Rose Arthur; sons, Carlton F.
(CaSandra) Arthur, Walter Varner and James (Abigail) Murphy; daughters,
Carla Arthur and Pearl M. (Anthony) Stanley; grandchildren, Mark, Max,
Gerald, Justin, Samantha, Zoe, Kiera, Ella, Sierra and Payson; and three
great grandchildren. Services are will be Saturday October 28, 2017 at Lake
Josephine Baptist Church, the family will be receiving friends at 2:30pm with
services to follow at 3PM. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for
donations to be made to the Church building fund. Arrangements by Morris
Funeral Chapel.
