BORGEMEISTER, JOHN PETER, 59 of Sebring, FL passed away peacefully on September 5, 2012 in his sleep surrounded by family after a courageous 3 year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born in Arvida, Quebec, Canada moving from Niagara Falls, Canada to Sebring in 1967 with his family, Fred. Sr., Eva, Bill and Margaret. He grduated in 1971 from Sebring High School. He was a successful Commercial real estate broker and also in the outdoor advertising business. He is survived by wife, Peggy and sons, Jason and Jarrod; brothers, Captain Fred (Bernadette) Borgemeister, Ontario, Canada and Bill Borgemeister,; sister, Margaret Borgemeister, Los Angeles, California; niece, Coco; great niece, Charlie May; nephew Brent Borgemeister. Funeral Services, 2:00 pm, Monday, September 10, 2012 at Restoration Center located at corner of SR66 and Sparta Rd. The reception will be at Sun 'N Lakes Restaurant “Island View”, 5223 Sun 'N Lakes Blvd, Sebring, FL. Anyone who would like to donate in lieu of flowers, please make checks payable to Good Shepherd Hospice, envelopes will be provided at the church and the reception.

know this is late, Peggy, Jason and Jarrod but I am truly sorry for your loss. I would have come to the funeral but circumstances prevented it. I loved John and have many fond memories spent with your family. Love to you, Peggy, Jason and Jarrod.
