BOYKIN, MARY GRIFFIN, 77, of Sebring, FL, passed away April 26, 2017. She was born in Montrose, MS and grew up in Mobile, AL. She was married to the late Rev. David C. Boykin from 1956 until his passing in 2008. She served by his side as a Pastor's wife until their retirement in 1999. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Billie Jo (Tony) Morrison of Sebring, FL; sons and daughters-in-law, Tiery Joel (Linda) Boykin and Rev. Mark David (Beth) Boykin of Boca Raton, FL; grandchildren, David (Colleen) Morrison of Lakeland, FL, Jennifer (John Luke) Chenoweth, Daniel Boykin and Susan Boykin of Boca Raton, FL; great grandchildren, Silas Morrison and Jameson Morrison of Lakeland, FL; sisters, Dorothy Sealy of Daphne, AL and Jackie (Tommy) Turnage of Springfield, MO; sister-in-law Bobby Hodges of Morton, MS, Kathy (Larry) Bratvold of Springfield, MO and Gail (Jerry) Melendy of Sebring, FL. Services will be held on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 2:00 pm, at Morris Funeral Chapel, Sebring, FL, with visitation one hour prior to service. Rev. Mark Boykin officiating. Burial will be Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 11 am in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Arrangements are under the direction of Morris Funeral Chapel.
