CANNING, SHEILA PERKINS, 60 of Sebring, FL died July 14, 2010. Shelia was born in Melrose, Mass, daughter of the of the late, David Eaton and Joan Cox Perkins former Sebring residents. She was also preceded in death by her brother Scott Eaton Perkins. A graduate of Montgomery College in Maryland and attended the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Prior to moving to Sebring in 1984, she was a dental assitant. For many years Sheila was involved with Sebring Chamber of Commerce and a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Mark Deeds of Gambrills, MD. A memorial service will be held 5:00 pm, Monday at Morris Funeral Chapel, Sebring, FL. The family suggests memorials to Military Sea Services Museum, 1402 Roseland Avenue, Sebring, FL 33870.
