Life Legacy

Valentine O. Clay of Sebring, FL died December 1, 2009 at the age of 90 at Hospice House of Palm Beach County. He was a veteran of both World War II and Korea. He served our country as a Captain in the Army Air Corp and later in the Air Force when the branches seperated. He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge for 62 years, as well as the Scottish Rite, York Rite and the Shrine. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Gladys Clay, his son and daughter-in-law George and Lois Clay of Jupiter, FL along with his cherished granddaughters, Jessica, Sarah and Melissa. A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday December 12, 2009 at Morris Funeral Chapel, 307 S. Commerce Avenue, Sebring, FL. Masonic service to follow at 2:00 pm. The military service and internment will take place Monday 10:00 AM, December 14 at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
