HICKS, LOUIS E., 67 of Sebring, Fl passed away, January 5, 2015. A Sebring resident since 1988 from Elyria, OH and owner of J.L. Concrete. He is survived by his loving wife, Joan; children, Louis Hicks, Jr, Scott Hicks, Brandi Hicks and Brian Hicks; ten grandchildren; two sisters and three brothers. A celebration of his life will be 3:00 pm, Saturday at his residence.
