HOLLENBERG, DEAN W., 60, of Sebring, FL died March 13, 2018. He was born in Avon Park, FL. A graduate of Sebring High School, class of 1975, he attended South Florida College. Dean married Patricia Mays on June2, 1980. Dean was associated with his father and Archie Wolfe for a number of years with Hollenberg and Wolfe Construction. He continued the business, as President. A life member of Sebring Church of the Brethren and was very active in many activities of the church. Dean joined the Rotary Club of Sebring in 1992, served as club President in 2011, he was a Paul Harris Fellow. He was very active with the Boy Scouts and was a troop leader with Troop #846. He was preceded in death by his sister, Anita Byng; his mother, Jean Breidenstine Hollenberg. Survived by his father, Ralph Hollenberg; wife, Patricia Mays Hollenberg; daughters, Stephanie M. Hollenberg and Melissa (Shawn) Hollenberg-Nunez; son, Jonathan A. Hollenberg; brothers, Bruce A. Hollenberg, Keith E. (Beth) Hollenberg; brother-in-law, Terry (Martha) Byng; sister-in-law, Bobbie (John) Clark; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends, Monday, 2:30 pm at the Church of the Brethren with the Memorial Service at 3:30 pm. Memorial contributions to: Sebring Church of the Brethren or Boy Scout Troop #846, C/O First United Methodist Church, 125 S. Pine St., Sebring, FL 33870.
