Life Legacy
JONES, JR., CHARLES R., 65 of Sebring, FL, passed away at his residence surrounded by his wife, Sandra and Good Shepherd Hospice on Friday, March 29, 2013. Charlie as born in Fairmont, WV, son of the late, Charles R. and Helen Jones. Upon graduation from high school he entered the U.S. Army. He retired in 1997 as a Federal Inspector for Coal Mines in Ohio. Charlie and Sandy were co-owners of Sandy's Circle Cafe and Charlies Restaurant. He was a member of the Downtown Merchants Association. Charlie was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas and is survived by his wife, Sandra L. Jones, Sebring; son, Charles R. Jones, III, OH and daughter, Rhonda Wells, NC; brother, Terry Jones, OH; sisters, Diana Wright, NC, Kim Sova and Joyce Randolph both of VA, Robin Watkins, CA and Pam Kirk, OH; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A Service will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday at Morris Funeral Chapel, 307 S. Commerce Ave, Sebring. The family will receive friends, one hour prior. Burial will be at Bonnies Memorial Garden, Lenore, WV. The family suggest memorials to Good Shepherd Hospice, 1110 Hammock Road, Sebring, FL 33870.
