Ms. Murrell "Odell" McGee of Zolfo Springs, FL passed away at the age of 88 on Sunday, March 27th.
Odell was preceded in death by her son Robert "Muggy" McGee. She is survived by her daughter Rita Willingham (Ike) and her son Michael "Lane" McGee (Linda); 5 grandchildren- Travis, Trevor, and Tracy Willingham & Lindsey and Loran McGee; 7 great grandchildren- Chloe and Charlie, Sophia and Olivia, Luke, Izayah, & Payton.
God looked around his garden and he found an empty place. And then He looked down upon earth, and saw your tired face. He put His arms around you, and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering, He knew you were in pain, He knew that you would never get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb, so He closed your weary eyelids, and whispered "Peace be thine." It broke our hearts to lose you. But you didn't go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.

Not sure that you'll see this, but I just read that Odell passed, in the obits.I am so sorry to hear this. I LOVED working with her back in Publix in Sebring. She was a loving kind woman, with a touch of orneriness :) Loved Odell to death. Her and Ret Collier were dear friends of mine. I'm sure she will be missed desperately.
