 Life Legacy Arnold Richardson (“Rick”) Moyer III, 65, of Sebring passed away Sunday, December 20, 2009. Born in Buffalo, NY, he had been a resident of Sebring since 1974. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jean Weir Moyer; son, Arnold Richardson (“Mike”) Moyer IV of Chicago, IL; and daughter, Melinda (“Mindy”) Moyer of Alpharetta, GA. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at First United Methodist Church, Sebring, with the Rev. A.C. Bryant officiating. He was an asset to youth sports and active in many ways with the Sebring Firemen. I loved Rick Moyer. He always would say"we got to get together more, really we do!" Rick and Jean were always very concerned about Barbara Weston during her five year episode with breast cancer. You both cheered her up, took her to lunch,gave her a wind chime(still hanging) and gave her your ticket to an SFCC concert she wanted to see, but was sold out.
