PARENT, FERNAND J., 77 of Avon Park, FL, died Dec. 27, 2010. He was born in Hamlin, Maine, moved to Avon Park in 1984 from Springfield, MA. A member of Independent Baptist Church, Sebring and retired from Highlands County Courthouse. He is survived by daughters, Rena M. Beyer and Tina Cote; sons, Larry, Perry and Mark Parent; brothers, Gerald and Reni; sister, Marcella Parent; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 1:00 pm, Wednesday at Bougainvillea Cemetery, Avon Park, FL. The family suggest memorials to St. Jude Hospital.
