SANDS, James Robert (Bob), age 72 of Sebring, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Sebring. Bob was born in Huntington, IN retiring in 1996 from Ford Motor Company, in Batavia, OH moving to Sebring. Bob served in the US Army, from 1955-1963. Member of the Masonic Lodge in Ohio. He was preceded in death by wife Jackie Sands in 2002. He is survived by wife – Jessie Sands of Sebring and son and daughter-in-law – Charles & Svetla Sands of Fair Lawn, NJ and granddaughters - Charlotte and Ella Sands. Bob's request was to be placed next to his wife Jackie at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Memorials are suggested to Hope Hospice, 9470 Health Park Circle, Ft. Myers, FL 33908.
