Life Legacy
SBIEGAY, JOHN, 75 of Sebring, FL, died March 15,2017. He will be missed by all who knew him. He was born in Kassel, Germany, son of the late Hildegard
and John Henry Sbiegay. John became an American Citizen on May 23, 1957. He went to Zimmerman and graduated from Southwestern High School and joined
the United States Air Force in 1961. A past master of Flushing Lodge #223, changed to Goodrich Lodge #548; member of Knights Templar; Scottish Rite
and a member of the Shrine Clubs of Michigan and Highlands Shrine Club; American Legion and AmVets. John loved animals in general but involved
himself with finding homes for dogs and cats in Michigan at Adopt a Pet of Fenton, Michigan for 14 years and Highlands County Humane Society for 10
years.
John retired from Buick (Buick, Olds, Cadillac), Flint, MI, moving to Florida. He was predceded in death by a brother, father, step-father and
mother. He is survived by his wife, Linda and sons, Shawn and Michael. Military Honors will be at Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, FL.
