SKIPPER, SOPHIE J., 88 of Sebring, FL, died Sunday, December 12, 2010. She was born in Ft. Myers, FL, daughter of the late Frank and Julia Homes Velasco. She moved to Sebring in 1973 from Ft. Myers and attended Crewsville Baptist Church. She is the widow of the late Arno Skipper and is survived by her children, William O. Richardson, Lake City, FL, Julia Collins, Sebring, Ralph Flint, Ft.Myers, Barbara Binder, LaBelle, FL, Wayne Flint, Sebring, John Skipper, Ft. Myers, Jimmy Skipper, and Arno J. Skipper, both of Zolfo Springs; sister; Mary Evans, Sarasota, FL; eighteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A memorial service will be announced.
