SMIITH, ALMA O., 83, a life long resident of Sebring, FL, went to be with her Lord on February 14, 2015 in Zephyrhills, FL. A member of Temple Church of God, Lake Placid, FL. She is a living mother and friend to everyone. She is survived by her son, Joseph B. Smith, Jr. and his wife, Janice, Kendallville, IN; daughter, Montene Hicks and her husband, T.J. of Wesley Chapel, FL; brothers, Charlie (Heather) Collier, Okeechobee, FL and Willie (Pattie) Collier, Sebring; sister, Thelma Decker, Ft. Myers, FL; nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Service, 10:00 am, Wednesday, February 18th at Temple Church of God, Lake Placid with Pastors Floyd Holland and Pastor Troyleen. The family will receive friends one hour prior. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Lake Placid.

Bea and I had a strange way of meeting,but it was ordained by God. We were the best of friends, and enjoyed many great times together. I shall miss the phone calls and visits, but I am looking forward to our reunion.
