SROUFE, VELVA I., 87 of Sebring, FL died September 15, 2017. She was born in Cromwell, IN, daughter of the late Earl and Edna Butler. Vel moved to Sebring in 1988 from Syracuse, IN and was former owner of Sign and Thing in Legioner, IN. She was active in the Orchid Society, Sebring Breakfast Lions Club and Sebring Elks Lodge. A former cashier with Sandy's Circle Cafe. Vel attended First United Methodist Church and Unity of Sebring. She is survived by her son, Dave (Jackie) Riddle, Ft. Wayne, IN; daughter Connie Riddle, Sebring; sisters, Louise Hill, Gainesville, FL, Luella Weade, Cromwell, IN and Roberta Peacock, Alford, FL and long time companion, Dr. Luther Luck; eight grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Burial will be in Indiana.
