WITZENBURG, STANLEY RAY, 70 of Sebring, FL went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 26, 2015. He was born in Oskaloosa, Iowa and served in the U.S. Army and retired truck driver for Holland Trucking Co, in Michigan moving to Sebring in 2003 from Jackson, MI. Stan was a proud member of the Honor Guard for V.F.W. Post #4300 and a member of Heartland Christian Church. He is survived by his wife, Karen of Sebring; daughter, Kellie (Mark) Woods, Grass Lake, MI and a son, Jamie (Maggie) Witzenburg, Kalamazoo, MI; brothers, Marv Witzenburg, Cedar Rapids, IA and Warren (Bernice) Witzenburg, Pella, IA; grandchildren, Cody Woods, Brooke Seeley and Taylor Woods. Visitation 10:30 am, Tuesday with a service to follow at 11:00 am at Heartland Christian Church, 2705 Alternate 27 S., Lighthouse, with Pastor Ted Moore, officiating. Military Honors by the Honor Guard of V.F.W. Post #4300 will follow. Burial will be at Sarasota National Cemetery, Wednesday 1:30 pm. Memorial contributions are requested to his church.
